You can pay your rent online or request work to be performed on your home.
Online Payments select one of the following below:
One-time ACH (Automatic Check Withdrawal) - this link will allow you to make a single payment directly out of your checking account. Please allow 5 business days for processing to avoid late fees. (No transaction fees for this service)
Monthly Auto Debit Payment - this link will take you to the My Resident Network website provided by Ocius the resident billing company. Here you can arrange for your monthly rent and utility charges to be automatically paid out of your checking account by clicking the tab Monthly Payments. (No transaction fees for this service)
Credit Card Payments - this link will take you to the My Resident Network website provided by Ocius the resident billing company. You can pay with your credit card or debit card by clicking on the tab One-time Payments option. There is a transaction fee charged for each payment processed.

Maintenance Request - Click here to request a maintenance technician to fix a non emergency problem in your apartment or common area. If you have an emergency during office hours please call the leasing office at 815-725-7793 promptly, after hours call the emergency phone number at 815-739-2201. A maintenance technician will call you back shortly.
